Geraint Davies BSc FCAManaging DirectorGeraint has almost 20
years of broad commercial experience in the paper chemicals and imaging chemicals business including 4 years
as General Manager of Ciba's Imaging Chemicals business. Geraint is responsible for overall business
management and particularly for business development.

Tony Huo BSc MBA Production Director and General Manager for China
Tony has broad experience within the chemical industry in China and has particular
expertise in EHS and the manufacture of imaging chemicals. He has worked for 15 years with multinational
companies in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical sectors including 4 years as Deputy General Manager of
Ciba's colorformer joint venture in Shougang, China. Tony is responsible for the management of Chameleon's
production facility in Lianyungang, China and also for domestic sales in the Chinese
market.

Ian Hill ASDC C.Col Technical Director Ian is a leading
expert in colorformer production and manufacturing processes with over 20 years experience including 9 years
as Head of Process Development and Technical Support for Ciba's Imaging Chemicals business. Ian's
responsibilities remain in the areas of process development and production support with a particular
emphasis on productivity, EHS improvements and new product research and plant
introduction.

Roy Kirk Development Director Roy has many years
experience in the area of Research and Development of Imaging Chemicals including over 10 years working for
Ciba's Imaging Chemicals business. Roy specialises in process development and new product introductions as
well as providing production support when needed.

Jeff Sewell BSc Engineering Director Jeff has 30 years
engineering experience in a variety of leading chemical and manufacturing organisations including 13 years
as Engineering Manager of Ciba's colorformer manufacturing plant. Jeff provides expert design and guidance
during the construction and subsequent expansions of Chameleon's manufacturing site at Lianyungang in
China.
